The brainchild of Angela, Eagle Waves Radio is located in her VIVO Café – a world first for a café to host live broadcasting. Through her experience of buying, building up and selling over 20 successful cafés inSydney’s CBD, Angela has seen the highs and lows of being a small business owner and experienced just about every tragedy and triumph that comes with the territory. At Eagle Waves Radio, Angela gives her voice, her advice and shares her experiences with the tens of thousands of listeners who regularly tune in.
As a host of Eagle Waves, Angela is a favourite with the small business audience because she is still rightly perceived as being ‘one of them’. She is also a natural behind the microphone combining her own knowledge with a mix of local business owners, a panel of regular guest experts and an impressive line-up of industry leaders and special guests. Angela represents small business owners on the City of Sydney Retail Advisory Paneland was recently appointed as a Panel Member for the ATO Micro Business Partnership allowing her to provide vital feedback to the ATO on matters of the administration of the tax system for small businesses.
Angela is also the appointed weekly Business Beat Guru for Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s Women in Focus online community where she inspires women in business through the sharing of often deeply personal anecdotes to help encourage and educate her audience.
