Natasha started Employee Matters, with her partner Mark because they see many small to medium businesses (SMEs) that desperately need help with their people issues. We believe that you need HR support at particular times in your business but not necessarily in a full-time capacity.

Phil Khor & Wendy Huang – Savvy SME
Phil Khor and Wendy Huang are experienced entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping other entrepreneurs. Phil has previously built a multi-million dollar professional services business from the ground up, drawing on extensive management experience, whilst Wendy is an experienced digital marketer – having headed up the social media department at one of Australia’s leading marketing agency. Their current venture, SavvySME is a social network all about helping time-poor Australian small-business owners to find the right service providers and support through a full-featured b2b social commerce setting.
The startup has recently launched a beta version of the social media platform and within a few short months, the community has grown very fast with hundreds of local businesses already on board and using the site actively. Braydan Willrath – Interactive Accounting
Braydan started out as a Kidpreneur from Hervey Bay, Queensland. He started his first business helping friends with IT problems at ripe old age of 12. His experiences range from SEO to barman, computer networking to skilled barista and now is the Google apps king.
Braydan is a Serial Entrepreneur at heart concentrating all his energy and focus into Cloud based products. He has an outstanding knowledge of all things tech and loves to share what he knows with others.
